Billing Information Tab

How do I get here?	Customers Menu ► Search ► Select Customer ► Billing Information tab
Purpose	The purpose of this screen is to provide a detailed view of the customer’s current account standing along with a history of all invoicing and financial transactions. It also provides access to view Unbilled Usage as well as the ability to manage and submit credit card or ACH payments.

Current and historical billing information can be viewed from the Invoices tab. Billing cycle records are listed in the grids with a corresponding to access the customers PDF invoice, CDR Detail for that cycle as well as drill down into additional detail for each charge.
